He: What next?
Me: Well, it's the old one about thinking that, if I were a better Christian, I wouldn't feel tired like this in the first place.
He: Was I a 'good Christian'?
Me: You could say that!
He: And didn't I get tired, so tired I once slept through a storm on a boat, with a pillow under my head?
Me: Yes, Lord.
He: So...?

Getting tired at times is part of being human. Human beings may be 'little less than gods,' but they are less. Becoming tired at times was part of what I accepted when I became man. If I could take it patiently, so can you. Imagine what you would be like if you never got tired, you would work twenty-four hours a day and still find more things to do! Be content with your limitations, that is a grace, a part of humility.
When my Mother got tired she would often sit down and talk or play with me when I was little, and our Father in heaven would refresh us both. Tiredness is not a sin. It is a signal that says 'stop doing for a while and be content simply to be.' I made you as a human being, not a 'human doing.' Working and resting are partners, not enemies, like breathing out and breathing in. Learn to establish a rhythm. When you have been doing too much, as you have lately, listen to your body when it tells you it needs a rest.
