Job 37:5-6
By the breath of God ice is given, and the broad waters are frozen.
Job 37:10
These two Bible verses struck me that God is indeed wonderful. Who would ever have thought "Where do snow come from?" or "How is ice formed?" can simply be answered by the above two verses?
We don't need scientific explanations for everything. I would just love to believe all these are masterpieces of God.
How sad is it to reflect that he have given so much to man, so we can live in abundance, but now, we are facing all sorts of environmental problems, pollution, animals being hunted to extinction, all due to the greed of man. We are essentially destroying God's masterpiece.
Speaking of masterpiece, we are actually God's greatest masterpiece, and yet we are literally destroying ourselves! War, immorality, corruption, greed etc etc are all slowing eating into everyone. Earth is becoming slowly like Hell. How do we even dare to face God again, even more when we are made out of His likeness!!!
It is still not too late to repent, and while we seek forgiveness from God, let us take some initiative to help save Mother Earth as well, such as reuse, reduce and recycle. I know my efforts would be so insignificant, if everyone else is NOT doing it, but as long I know I'm doing the right thing, I'm sure God would be watching and adknowledging it as well.
God is truly wonderful indeed.
